Launching water missiles a teacher guide - Planetarium oriented Research work in astronomy

Grades: Elementary School - High School
    Subject: Launching water missiles

    Description:
    Intended Learning Outcomes
Design, construction and launching of a water missile.

We will measure the forces and characteristics of the missile, such as friction, pressure, max high and acceleration.

    Summary
When the air pressure rises, the pressure value increases inside the bottle. When the pin is released, the missile will rise upward, followed by a jet of water. The spreading air jet will cause the water to move downward and the bottle to move upward.
